Key Responsibilities:
- Be the central point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and responding to customer enquiries and resolving problems promptly.
- Assisting in customer maintenance works, escalating where necessary.
- Perform essential administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, contractor management and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry

- Strong attention to detail and able to accurately enter data.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Taking initiative to assist in daily office operations, filling gaps where needed.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar environment or administrative position.
- Experience in Bookkeeping/Xero/MYOB would be an advantage.
